Scout GM ("we," "us") provides an assistant that helps you manage your own fantasy sports team. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it. Scout GM is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Yahoo.

Information we collect

Account connection: When you connect your Yahoo fantasy account, we receive OAuth access tokens that let us read your league, team, and player data and — with your permission — make roster moves on your behalf. We never receive or store your Yahoo password.
Contact details: Your mobile phone number and/or email address, so we can send you recommendations and reports and receive your approvals.
Fantasy data: League settings, standings, matchups, rosters, transactions, and player statistics used to generate recommendations.

How we use it

To analyze your team and league and generate lineup, waiver, and strategy recommendations.
To execute the roster moves you approve.
To send you daily briefings, alerts, and weekly reports.

Messaging

If you opt in, we send SMS text messages with recommendations and reports, and you reply to approve actions. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time; reply HELP for help. We do not sell or share your phone number, and we do not send marketing messages to numbers that have not opted in.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers that operate the product (for example, our hosting provider, our SMS provider, and the Yahoo Fantasy Sports API) as needed to deliver the service.

Data retention & your choices

You can disconnect your Yahoo account or stop messages at any time, and you can request deletion of your data by emailing us. Revoking access in your Yahoo account settings immediately ends our ability to read or act on your league.
