Terms of Service

By using Scout GM ("the Service") you agree to these terms. The Service helps you manage your own fantasy sports team and acts only on the accounts you connect and the approvals you give.

Use of the Service

You must own, or be authorized to manage, the fantasy account you connect.
You are responsible for the roster decisions you approve. Scout GM provides recommendations and automation; it does not guarantee any particular result or outcome.
You agree to use the Service in compliance with Yahoo's terms and applicable law.

Third-party services

Scout GM uses the Yahoo Fantasy Sports API and other third-party services. Scout GM is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Yahoo. Fantasy data is provided by Yahoo Fantasy. Your use of connected services is also governed by their respective terms.

Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scout GM is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or for outcomes in your fantasy league.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
